Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from Towelhound (the "Store"), operated by Dogfriendly, 123-124 Lower Marsh, London, SE1 7AE, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error; if so, we will refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

3. Delivery

Delivery times and areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order and return items as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which includes your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Faulty goods

Our products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something is wrong, contact us and we will put it right.

6. Product use

Choose the right size using our size guide. Do not leave your dog unattended while wearing the drying coat, and remove it once your dog is dry. Follow the care instructions on the label.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Your information

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Store when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
