Shipping

Free tracked shipping to the UK and all European Union countries.

  • Where we ship: the United Kingdom and all 27 EU member states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at the moment.
  • Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery time: usually 8–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking: you will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • Multiple items: items from the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost.
  • Taxes and duties: all prices include VAT. The price you pay at checkout is final — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If you are ever asked to pay an import fee, contact us and we will reimburse it.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your order date, please contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
